Service Tech’s Hands-On Consultant

Kenny consulted for Service Tech for a year before joining us full-time in January 2021. He was living in Knoxville, and being able to move back to his hometown of Birmingham to join our team worked out perfectly!

His background in business consulting helped Service Tech evolve into what it is today. He is well-versed in operations, procedures, policies, standard practices, etc., and has been able to help position our company for sustained growth.

When asked how his career has developed since he came to Service Tech, here’s what Kenny had to say:

“I did not have experience in heating and air for what I was brought in to do. Coming in with HVAC experience wasn’t necessary for me to be able to assess the business side of the company and do what needed to be done to help the company grow. Since then, I have learned a lot about the HVAC side of things too. I love getting out of the office and rolling up my sleeves with the guys. I’m their biggest fan and love watching each of them grow professionally and personally.”

Hobbies and Personal Life 

Outside of work, Kenny enjoys playing golf and riding his Harley. He can be found Riding in the Mountains of East Tennessee and Western North Carolina every opportunity he gets! His proudest accomplishments are helping and leading others to achieve their personal and business goals into becoming mentors and leaders alike!
